Visit the world experts in on-line LIVE yeast cell concentration measurement at Brau  Hall 6/6-210.  This year Aber Instruments will be making a joint promotion with IUL Instruments, our largest European  distributor.  IUL represent Aber  in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Holland/Belgium through the newly formed LA Biosystems.
New on the stand this year will be a prototype of a single channel Yeast Fermentation Monitor, that has been optimized for propagation, fermentation and krausening operations.  Successful trials have already been completed in the UK and a well known German brewery will be running tests on a propagator during November.

The Models 710 and 720, with unique software for dealing with yeast slurries and multiple strains, are recommended for yeast pitching rate control and these will be shown with a Profibus communication module.
Representatives for Aber will be John Carvell, Sales and Marketing Director on the 14th/15th November and Jon Selman, our Brewing Specialist,  on 15th/16th.
