Aber Instruments Dragon

The Aber Instruments "Red Dragon" has been such a success with visitors to the ESACT Cell Culture Conference ,SIM Chicago and Interbrau, Munich that we have decided to include this as an option for genuine visitors from Biotechnology and Brewing companies to request one via our web site. The Red Dragon (affectionately known as Aberline) was generally accepted as the "cutest" gift at ESACT and so we are encouraging our customers unable to visit Aber Instruments this year to request the Dragon.

Being a Welsh Company in the heart of the Welsh speaking region of the country we are pleased to make the association between Aber Instruments Ltd and the Red Dragon. In 1901 the dragon officially became the symbol of Wales representing their struggle against the Anglo-Saxons to keep their language and tradition. The Welsh flag has two equal horizontal stripes, white above green, and a large red dragon passant.
