Aber Instruments has appointed System C Industrie as the new brewing distributor for France.  System C has already been working with Aber in the biotechnology sector for the last 4 years and has extensive experience in the use of the on-line dielectric technology for measuring viable cell mass.  The Yeast Monitor is currently being used at a number of the larger breweries in France including Fisher, Heineken and GSA Brasseries, St Omer.
