The Andalou Efes Brewery at Adana, Turkey has installed and commissioned the new Lab Yeast Analyser 910.  The instrument will be used to accurately measure the concentration of  LIVE yeast prior to pitching and also to monitor the concentration of viable yeast during fermentation and propagation.  Featured in the photograph are Ms Fayza Bingullu, Laboratory Manager and Togla Balangolu of Protek, the local Aber Instruments Distributor.
