To help you how we have achieved these savings, we have put together a paper that quantifies in financial terms, the advantages of using the Aber™ Yeast Monitor for the control of yeast pitching rate.

Over 50% of the world’s major breweries now use the Yeast Monitor. Customers include AB Inbev, SAB Miller, Heineken, Coors, Diageo, Carlsberg, Suntory and many independant breweries.
The Yeast Monitor 720 range has incorporated the latest developments in radio-frequency impedance that allows a higher specification instrument to be manufactured at a lower cost.
The Yeast Monitor Model 720 has an integral multiplexer, allowing the unit to be expanded up to 4 channels and it is completely contained within a stainless steel IP65 enclosure.
The Model 720 has the flexible option of monitoring from the same instrument both yeast slurries and the relatively low cell concentrations found in propagators or krausening operations.
Communication options include separate 4-20mA outputs for live cell concentration and conductivity and options for Profibus and other fieldbus communications to the PLC.
Calibration is quick and simple with a new auto-calibration option.
